Energy Efficiency Programs
In support of New Jersey's clean energy goals, the state's investor-owned electric and gas utilities offer energy efficiency programs directly to their customers helping everyone reduce their carbon footprint.
On October 30, 2024, the Board approved a second program cycle (Triennium 2) of energy efficiency programs that will be available on January 1, 2025 through the state's seven public electric and gas utilities, some of which will also offer building decarbonization and demand response programs. The Board Orders for each utility can be found on the BPU website here. The October 31, 2024 press release announcing the approval of the Triennium 2 utility programs can be found here.
